PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate sterilization treatment to match the nature of a product. SOLUTION: A gamma ray cell for sterilizing an industrial product, a type comprising a shielded box with at least one closing door for access, has an overhead conveyor 6 to move boats 7 and 7a supporting the product to be treated. A floor 3 has a central well 26 which can house a radiation source 27, which 27 is operation vertically. The well 26 is linked to an oxygen storage container and a storage container for storing ozone to be generated by radiolysis. The ozone can flow into the container 7a of the boat 7. |
