<p>PURPOSE: To make automated installation of a piston on a swash plate fixed to a rotary shaft, wherein shoes are interposed in the installation. CONSTITUTION: In the laid attitude, a plurality of shoes 7, 7 are in line installed by a mounting means 31 on the bottom surfaces 4a' of notches formed in pistons 4. The pistons 4 are held parallel at a certain spacing on the receptacle part 28a of a slide table 28 and moved to an outer guide 26 of a base table 22. A piston guide member 35 is installed in a position just before the encounter point of the piston moving path with the periphery 3a of a swash plate, and the notches 4a are put matching with the swash plate periphery 3a when the pistons 4 held by the piston receptacle 28a reach the periphery 3a. A pushing member 37 is installed in a position just before the encounter point of the piston moving path with the swash plate periphery 3a, and the adjoining ends of shoes 7, 7 placed in the notches are pressed to the bottom surfaces 4a' of the notches 4a. The shoes 7 are raised to be parallel by the pushing member 37 white confronting the font and rear surfaces of the swash plate 3.</p> |
