BAG-IN CARTON AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: To obtain a bag-in carton capable of properly packing a highly viscous liquid such as ink and capable of keeping the inner vol. of an inner bag constant by pressing the one side seal hermetically closed part of the inner bag to the one side hermetically closed part of a carton by a molding jig to put both parts together to perform molding. CONSTITUTION: A pouring port 5 is attached to a carton 2 from the interior of an inner bag 3 by a pouring port holding part to be fixed thereto by ultrasonic sealing and, thereafter, the inner bag 3 is expanded from the inside by a pair of arms and one side opening of the inner bag 3 is expanded by a pair of succeeding sealing arms. After the one side opening of the inner bag 3 is sealed by a pair of sealing bars to form a seal part 10, the seal parts 12 crossing the seal part 10 at a right angle are formed to the base end parts of a pair of triangular flappers 11 by sealing bars 51. Thereafter, the triangular flappers 11 and a one side panel 24 are successively folded and the one side panel 24 is bonded and molded between a press plate 54 and the molding receiver 53 penetrating into the inner bag 3 from the lower opening of the carton 2.
