FIELD: hoisting facilities for handling elongated loads such as rockets. SUBSTANCE: handler has base 1 connected to by hinge 3, support 4, and system for maintaining position of load located on handler. System has two U-shaped frames interconnected through posts 23 and hydraulic cylinders 25. External U-shaped frame is pivotally connected with beams 12. These beams are interconnected by hydraulic cylinders 13 and their ends are pivotally mounted on support 4. Included in system is control unit. Handler without any external facility places one load upon another by maintaining constant position of one load over entire handling trajectory.
