The high performance vehicle is constructed with two engines (1,2), which are independent, and supported on a horizontal chassis, which consists of a forward section, in the form of a rectangular section longitudinal beam (7), with a parallelepiped container (9) mounted transversally to the direction of travel. The chassis is completed by two parallel rear sections (10, 11), which have a tubular cross section and are welded to the two extremities (12,13) of the rear face (14) of the transverse container. The engines are identical internal combustion engines and each drives a rear wheel (3, 4), through a gear train.
