A bulk food storage system comprising of a bin to hold various dry food products, a lid to be secured under a cupboard or shelf to allow the bin to hang, a dispensing valve to allow various sizes and shapes of the contents stored in the bins to be dispensed into cups, bowls or pots and a dispensing arm to actuate the valve when pressure is applied against it. This invention allows varying flow rates by the amount of pressure exerted on the dispensing arm from the cup, bowl or pot to provide one hand access to contents as small as sugars and as large as most breakfast cereals.
