The dispenser with a deformable sack (1) containing a cosmetic product comprises a tubular casing (2), welded to the sack, constituting an inlet and withdrawal opening for the product. The cylindrical casing has an internal collar (3) on which is fixed a removable obturator (5).The obturator is supported and sealed against the collar surface and acts as a valve which, under the effect of a mechanical pressure exerted from the outside, separates from the collar freeing a passage (P). When the pressure ceases the obturator recovers its original position against the collar and closes the passage. The obturator surface facing the passage has guide pins (7,8) projecting towards the top (H) of the casing. One of the guide pins has a length less than the other.
