The far-infrared radiating cement is prepared by (A) mixing 20 wt% zirconia, 45 wt% alumina and 35 wt% silica, which are pulverized to 200-400 meshes, (B) mixing 40 wt% of the obtained far-infrared radiating mixture powder with 50 wt% alumina cement or portland cement, 4 wt% non-shrinkage cement reinforcing agent, 3 wt% adhesive and 3 wt% surfactant.
