发明名称 DEVICE FOR TOWING TESTS OF MODELS IN MODEL TESTING BASIN
摘要 FIELD: experimental hydromechanics of ships. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with dynamometer arranged between model being towed and rod rigidly secured on frame. Lateral stiffness of rod is varying in height. Rod is made in form of pipe provided with longitudinal ribs and two flanges at ends. Ribs have form of rectangular trapezium and form of rectangle in cross section. Ribs are provided in at least two radial orthogonal planes and are rigidly connected with pipe and with flanges by welding, for example. Larger side of rib base is connected with upper flange rigidly secured on frame and oriented along channel of basin by its longitudinal axis; lower flange of rod is provided with guide slot and is rigidly connected with dynamometer which has guide projection received by slot of flange for orientation of dynamometer along channel of basin. Dynamometer has two five-rod springs with one central rod and four peripheral rods which are provided with resistance strain gauge forming measuring sensors of axial, lateral and lifting forces and trim and drift force moment sensors. Peripheral and central rods of one spring have form of rectangles in cross section. Axes of these rectangles coincide with direction of longitudinal and transverse axes of channel of model testing basin and are oriented in direction of transverse axis of channel by their minimum lateral stiffness; peripheral rods of second spring which have form of rectangles in cross section and its central rod which is square in section are mounted in such position that their axes coincide with direction of longitudinal and transverse axes of channel of model testing basin; they are oriented in direction of longitudinal axis of channel by minimum lateral stiffness. EFFECT: extended range of simulated processes and external force frequencies reproduced by dynamometer; enhanced accuracy of measurements in dynamic mode of breaking ice cover.
