The apparatus is designed to move a heater vertically for heating the foods from a side direction and clean the upper side of a cavity easily. The apparatus includes : insert sections (1b) located at both sides of mounting holes (1a) of a cooking chamber (1); a flange (12); a moving mechanism (10); a heater (2); a pair of moving guide holes (22) and a moving guide bracket (20).
