The portable system has a free standing frame 13 with a base 17 that is on wheels 24. The top section is angled 15 and contains a number of sockets 19 for connection to a display 10 that is supported on a turntable 14. Other sockets are used for power, to a keyboard 11 and for connection to a computer network. The top section is set at a height so it slides over the surface of a work table. The base of the unit supports a hard disc drive 12.
