The cap adjusts the length of the balustrade to correctly fit the distance between both walls where the balustrade is fixed. The method comprises the steps of forming the length(L2) of a transverse steel pipe(20) a little shorter than the distance(L1) between the walls(W1,W2), and simultaneously the length of a longitudinal pipe(30) a little shorter than a distance between the pipe(30) installation position and a balcony floor; installing the cap(4) with a stopper(2) and a circular flange(3) to make the stopper(2) direct toward the inner side of the pipes(20,30).
