NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK, THE USE THEREOF AND A PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE DRINK

The disclosure relates to a non-alcoholic drink such as a table water, therapeutic water or the like, which contains, in addition to its predetermined or natural oxygen content, at least 10 mg/l of dissolved oxygen and at least 0.5 mg/l dissolved pergamic acid. Also disclosed is a device for producing the drink in question, in which a source of liquid is provided with a dispensing unit for dispensing measured doses of pergamic acid; a pump connected to the liquid source pumps an aqueous liquid containing added pergamic acid at high speed to a mixer unit connected to a gas source which gives off oxygen, and a serpentine pipe system is connected downstream of the mixer unit and a tap point for the drink is provided after the pipe system.
