Piperidyl and piperazinyl dicarboxylic acid derivs. of formula (I) and their salts, enantiomers and diastereomers, are new. Derivs. (IA) of (I), with the amine and amidino gps. partly or completely protected with conventional protecting gps. are also claimed. X = O, S, NH or NA; Y = a gp. of formula (a) or (b); R = a gp. of formula (c) - (e); R2, R3 = H, A or benzyl; A = 1-6C alkyl; B = H, A, benzyl or amidino; D = amidino, CH2NH2, aminohydroxyiminomethyl, 5-oxo-1,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl, 5-methyl-1,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl or guanidinomethyl; m, r, s = 0-4; n = 2-4. |
