This invention relates to a perambulator, comprising a frame, wheels (10) under the frame, a pushing rod (20) fitted to the frame and a basket (7) attached to the frame; characterized in that: there are a front swinging rod (9) and a rear swinging rod (8) hinged to front part and rear part of the frame respectively, the lower part of said swinging rods (8, 9) are movably connected with the lower part of basket (7) respectively. When the basket (7) is unlocked, the invention becomes a perambulator. The bottom plane of the basket (7) is kept horizontal or moves at varying angles during swinging by adjusting the distance between the lower parts of the front and rear swinging rods. When the basket is locked, the invention becomes a normal baby carriage. The perambulator is light and flexible, without curvic stands beneath the frame.
