The oven has thermostatically controlled heating and thermostatically controlled motor ventilation for cooling the housing. In the oven muffle, the temperature sensor of the thermostat control has a pick-up point for controlling the fan motor if a preset temperature range is exceeded within the muffle. The sensor is a PTC resistor whose resistance changes rapidly for small temperature changes.
