During a set defrosting time t, a control device simultaneously supplies a fan continuously and a magnetron over a plurality of cycles of power levels whose periods are defined by the control device according to the set time t. If the set time t is less than a threshold the magnetron is supplied with cycles of constant power level whereas if the set time t is more than the threshold the magnetron is supplied with cycles of decreasing power levels.
