Travel and guide information system for recorded information

The system storage device (1) is divided into regions or sectors (2). Each sector represents a complete description, picture or film of an object or region. Each sector has a code or recognition mark related to the object and the coordinates of the region. When the guide is required to present the information, the region coordinates are entered into the system and evaluated. They are then compared with the codes and recognition marks of the sectors. When there is agreement, the information is obtained from the device. The device is a portable, compact unit with a GPS appts, electronic control and audio data transmitter.
