EXAMPLE:A compound expressed by formula VIII. USE:A synthetic intermediate for hexacosapeptide having fibrinolysis-inhibiting activity. PREPARATION:For example, the compound expressed by the formula I is obtained by reacting a compound expressed by the formula R<1>-Ser-N3 with a compound expressed by the formula H-Pro-Lys (R<3>)-OR<2> in DMF. The raw material compound expressed by the formula R<1>-Ser-N3 is for example, obtained by reacting a compound expressed by the formula R<1>-Ser-NHNH2 with isoamyl nitrite. The raw material compound expressed by the formula H-Pro-Lys (R<3>)-OR<2> is for example, obtained by reacting Boc-Pro-OH with H-Lys (R<3>)-OR<2> in DMF using N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and removing the Boc group.</p> |
