PURPOSE:To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing light weight cellular concrete wherein the loss of slurry is less and profitability thereof is good. CONSTITUTION:Cement, quartz sand, water being non-accelerating set component and the like are put directly and slurry mixers 10A, 10B for rotationally mixing them are disposed therein. In the close proximity of the slurry mixer 10A, 10B, respectively disposed are hardening acceleration cement of a hardening acceleration component, AC mixers 21A, 21B for rotation-mixing water or the like and placing it into slurry mixers 10A, 10B, and foaming machines 23A, 23B for blowing bubbles thereinto upon rotation-mixing non-accelerating set component by the slurry mixer 10A, 10B. Otherwise, a ladle 24 and a mold frame 25 are provided, furthermore, a surface treating device 11 and a roller conveyor 12 are provided as well. |
