Invention applies to the piezotechnics branch and it can be used in thermostable electromechanical converters, piezoelectric filters, ultrasonic oscillographs and engines.To increase dielectric permeability of material, electromechanical coefficient, Curie temperature and mechanical quality factor, the following barium and scandium oxides have been mixed into a solid solution of lead sodium niobate at the following components proportion in percents of weight: Na2O 2.7-3.00; BaO 8.10 - 11.20; PbO 24.50 - 27.90; Nb2O5 60.70 - 61.30; Sc2O3 0.10-0.50.The sticking temperature of the offered material is 1,380 -1,400 K, specific density (5.76-5.81) x 10<-3> kg/m<3>, dielectric permeability 930-1,800, dielectric loss factor 0.2%, Curie temperature 890-910 K, piezoelectric constant d31=(100-120) x10<-12> KI/N, d33=(220-320) x 10<-12> KI/N, coefficient of electromechanical coupling 43-50%, mechanical quality factor 380-480.
