摘要 Invention applies to piezoelectric film used in various spheres of engineering, radioelectronics, medicine as well as for the transformation of mechanical parameters in electric signals and vice versa. According to the method piezoelectric composite film is filled with lead zirconate titanium powders and thermoplastic polyester polymer as a binder, thus obtaining material, which after synthesis via self-polarisation acquires a pronounced piezoeffect.Synthesised hard solution of lead zirconate titanium powder is mixed in ball mills with thermoplastic polyester dissolved in a quickly evaporating organic solvent, the mixture is applied to the work surface and a composite piezoelectric film is obtained without the baking of ceramic powder and special polarisation of the film. Self-polarisation is ensured by an inter-phase layer, formed by the diffusion of particles of synthesised lead-zirconate titanium and thermoplastic ester accompanied by the orientation of piezoelectric powder domains that leads to polarisation of synthesised particles, fibriolization of polyester and increase of polarisation.
