PURPOSE: To easily confirm the proper words through the previous registration of the dictionary data by providing a dictionary storage means which can look into the meanings and examples of words and a function which can register the data with which an operator can consult a dictionary. CONSTITUTION: When a dictionary key is inputted to instruct the start of a dictionary consultation execution part 6, a dictionary consultation execution control part 61 shows a function selection window on a display device 3 to select the function for execution of the consultation of a dictionary or execution of the registration of the dictionary data. Then a cursor key is inputted for selection of registration of the dictionary data. Thereby, a dictionary registration execution control part 63 inputs the meanings and examples of words that are not stored in a dictionary storage device 62. Then the input dictionary data are stored in a registered dictionary storage device 64. As a result, the registered words are also studied in the next consultation of the dictionary. |
