PURPOSE: To hold and utilize editing information to an undecided part in a document for the next editing work. CONSTITUTION: When an input part 11 inputs editing information to the undecided part in document data, a control part 13 stores inputted editing information in the editing information storage buffer 14a of a storage part 14, adds it to document data and preserves it to an external storage part 15. At the time of reading out the document, the control part 13 judges whether the undecided part is registered in document data or not. When the undecided part is registered, the control part 13 displays editing information stored in the external storage part 15 by a prescribed format. |
