PURPOSE: To inform a person to whom a document is planed to circulate of the generation of the document and schedule data when it is generated. CONSTITUTION: A new generation document detection part 112 detecting the generation of the document is added to a work flow system, and a schedule data calculation part for calculating schedule data of the document is added. When the generation of the document is known before it arrives, an activity plan against the document can previously be generated. When the term of the document is drawing near, the more appropriate activity plan including the processing of the other document can be made since a person who is receiving a document is previously informed of the arrival of the document. |
