PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily form sealing members having a prescribed thickness on coupling surfaces by injecting a liquid material into these coupling surfaces, then imparting an acceleration toward the liquid material from these coupling surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A jig 30 is constituted by erecting and providing a plate member 30a with struts 30b for supporting a cartridge frame. This cartridge frame is placed on detaining parts 30c disposed at the strut ends of this jig 30 so as to detain the frame to prevent the contact of the liquid material R with the ground surface when the coupling surface 12d1 of the cartridge frame faces downward. As a result, a cartridge into which the liquid material R is injected is easily directed downward to the coupling surfaces. The sufficient thickness of the sealing members 16a, 16b is assured by adding a simple stage of inverting the front and rear of the coupling surfaces 12a1, 12d1 right after injection of the liquid material R into the coupling surfaces 12a1, 12d1 in such a manner. |
