FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at measurement of angular velocity of rotation of shafts and angular oscillations of various objects. Design of angular velocity transducer provides for usage of ultrasonic oscillations propagating in circuit in opposite directions and forming bigger difference of phase of opposite waves in two receivers than optical waves. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability and efficiency. |
