FIELD: oil and gas production; petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: in order to ensure environmental safety when processing petroleum sludges owing to increase in degree of separation and rendering harmful mazut-covered mechanical admixtures (grounds), petroleum sludge is exposed to action of centrifugal forces, temperature, demulsifiers, and grounds are treated with microorganisms and fungus inoculate. To do this, heated to 40-50 C and treated with demulsifier petroleum sludge is divided into four phases: oil, aqueous phase, water-sludge suspension, and mazut- covered mechanical admixtures. Oil phase is then treated with demulsifier, steam-heated, centrifuged, after-heated to 90-98 C followed by separating and taking off purified petroleum. Aqueous phase is directed into sludge-collector to wash off bottom deposit. Water-sludge suspension is used as a cultural medium for growing microorganisms. Mechanical admixtures, having been washed out with hydrocarbon solvent and steam, are introduced into water-sludge suspension with grown microorganisms and rendered harmless under aerobic and then anaerobic conditions at 30-35 C for 2-3 days whereupon cultured with added fungus inoculate. After separating fungus biomass, purified grounds are removed. EFFECT: improved environmental safety. |
