摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an excellent user feeling in a cursor moving operation in a graphical user interface and to provide a negative inertia transmission function so as to eliminate the feeling of inertia or bluntness especially at the time of starting or stopping a cursor operation. SOLUTION: Cursor movement signals generated by applying an input parameter to a transmission function are related to the sum of (i) the input parameter and (ii) signals related to the change speed of the input parameter. It is applied as an additive high pass transmission function desirably. A desirable execution example can adopt the transmission function algorithm of an analog circuit or a digital program. The input parameter for which the transmission function is applied can also separately supply different components such as the signals of a size including the one from a polar coordinate system or the like or the (x) and (y) components of an orthogonal coordinate system or the like.</p>
