<p>PURPOSE: To provide a designing method of a spiral pipe for repairing underground duct line, capable of manufacturing a high performance profile in an efficient manner. CONSTITUTION: This is a designing method of a spiral pipe for underground duct line repairing, and in this method, projecting length and thickness of a engaged piece installed in an engaged part of a strip body and thickness of a sealant being installed in a base of the engaged piece should be set to parameters (step S2), while these parameters are varied to some extent, and a maximum stress to be produced in an engaging piece of an engaging part with which the engaged piece is engaged and fitting force lying between the engaging part and the engaged part are calculated, and a data group of the maximum stress and the fitting force calculated and another data group of the parameters are nonlinearly analyzed (step S4), and subsequently, such projecting length and thickness as size of the maximum stress will not exceed the stress setting value, and also size of the fitting force will not be less than the fitting force setting value are determined (step S8).</p> |
