PURPOSE: To provide a plastic card which is usable highly safely in a prepaid card field. CONSTITUTION: Projection parts 8 containing air are provided on the top surface of an oversheet 3 and ink application parts 14 are previously provided at local parts of the lamination surface of the oversheet 3 and a laminated core sheet 1 while positioned corresponding to projection parts of the projection parts 8 on the lamination surface of the core sheet 1. Consequently, every time the card is used, pressure-sensitive microcapsules included as coloring materials of ink in the projection parts 8 and ink application parts 14 are pressed and crushed by a plunger mechanism 10, etc., on a reader writer side to color and then the use state of the card 9 is indicated by detecting whether or not there are the projection parts 8 or detecting whether or not there is coloration on the projection parts of the projection parts 8.
