SUBSTANCE: product: compounds of the general formula (I)where Y is halogen atom or group -OR, where Ris optional substituted alkyl-group; X is -O-, -S- or N(R)- where Ris hydrogen atom or alkyl-group; Ris optional substituted alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl group; Ris hydrogen or halogen atom, or group ORwhere Ris hydrogen atom or optional substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyalkyl or alkanoyl group, or formyl, carboxamido- or thiocarboxamido-group; Rand R, that can be similar or different and each is group -(CH)Ar, where Ar is monocyclic or bicyclic aryl group optional containing one or some heteroatoms taken from oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen atoms, and n = 0 or whole number 1, 2 or 3; Ris hydrogen atom and optional substituted alkyl group; Ris hydrogen atom and optional substituted alkyl group; and their salts, solvates, hydrates and N-oxides. Synthesized compounds are effective, selective and oral inhibitors of phosphodiesterase IV (PDE IV) and can be used for prophylaxis and treatment of asthma and other diseases.
