GENERATOR OF NOISE-LIKE MICROWAVE SIGNALS

摘要

FIELD: medical devices, microwave power production. SUBSTANCE: device generates noise-like microwave signal for wide frequency range (hundreds of MHz). Such signal is converted into wide range (1 GHz - 18 GHz) by means of microwave generator and microwave heterodyne. Such conversion does not alter spectrum of noise-like signal. Spectral density of generated noise is almost uniform in all range and signals in other frequency ranges are not generated. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, increased stability to noise.
