发明名称 METHOD FOR OXIDATIVE RECOVERY OF FINELY DIVIDED CRACKING CATALYST
摘要 FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: oxidative recovery of catalyst is carried out consecutively in two zones. In the 1st one, worked out catalyst contacts with oxygen-containing gas in a semicurrent mode. Partially recovered catalyst and recovery gas are transferred from the 1st zone into fluidized bed in the 2nd zone. Invention consists in that all the stream is introduced with velocity 2.5-6.0 m/s into the fluidized bed along the perimeter of a circle coaxial with fluidized bed and having diameter equal to 1/6 to 3/4 that of fluidized bed diameter, said circle being perpendicular to direction of recovery gas stream in the 2nd zone and positioned at a distance equal to 1/6 to 1/3 that of the fluidized bed height from its surface. Method increases degree of catalyst recovery and reduces its irreversible deactivation in settling zone of regenerator owing to uniform distribution of partially recovered catalyst from the 1st zone in the cross-section of upper part of the fluidized bed in the 2nd zone. The latter favors enhanced efficiency of contact of recovered catalyst with oxygen-containing gas in the 2nd zone and reduction of removal of partially recovered catalyst from the 1st zone into underbed space, which, in turn, permits the average temperature inside catalyst particles to be lowered when coke covering the particles burns in the settling zone of regenerator. As the result of residual coke on recovered catalyst being reduced and catalyst activity index in the system being increased, output of desired cracking products is raised by 2.3 wt %, including 1.6 wt % increase for gasoline. EFFECT: increased efficiency of process.
