PURPOSE: To save communication cost by providing a dialing circuit rewriting the telephone number of a recorded access point to a new telephone number when the telephone number of a new access point is received. CONSTITUTION: A telephone number storage circuit 41 stores the telephone number of a terminal equipment 4 and outputs the telephone number to a central processing unit 40 at the time of a request. A dialing circuit 42 outputs the telephone number of a preliminarily recorded access point 2 to a central processing unit 40 in response to the command signal accompanied by a request operation. When an access point 2 is called by automatically performing a dialing via the central processing unit 40 and the telephone number of a new access point is transmitted, the telephone number recorded in the dialing circuit 42 is rewritten to a new telephone number.
