PURPOSE: To allow the system to contribute to more smooth conference progress with a few limintation of a participation place to a remote location conference. CONSTITUTION: When a party taking part in a conference through a conference terminal with respect to a notice of start of the conference uses its own terminals B40-2, C40-3 to reply participation in the conference to a conference server 60 or a host conference terminal A40-1, and a simple conference participant uses its own terminal D40-4 to reply simple participation to the host conference terminal A40-1. When the conference is started, the conference server 60 sets a channel automatically to the conference participation register terminals B40-2, C40-3 and access by the simple conference participant itself of the simple conference participation terminal D, for example, uses an optional telephone set 50-1 in the communication network 300 to make access and the conference server 60 accepts the access to set a channel to allow the simple participant to take part in the conference. |
