The goal of the innovation is to provide stable work of impulse regulator along with other devices connected to a common power supply. The essence of the innovation is in the control system generating short-term periodical control impulses and sending them to the regulator's cooling thyristor and main thyristor, whereas its time difference is regulated comparing control voltage and saw voltage at the moment of uniformity of both voltages. In addition, the length of the tact generator active null position is set equal to two minimum allowed intervals between the main and cooling thyristor start-up moments, tact generator switching fronts two times send cooling thyristor control impulse moulder, where the second control impulse operates only when the saw voltage is higher than the control voltage, but the main thyristor's start up impulse is formed at halftime between both fronts mentioned.
