FIELD: agricultural mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: aim is to decrease operational surfaces wear, to adjust sizes of crushed material and to increase productivity. Rotor crusher has four blocks of four paired gear rotors rigidly fixed on drafts 2 mounted in bearing blocks 3 connected with upper plate 4 and lower plate 5. Middle plate 6 has blocks 7 of shafts gaskets 8. Vertical plate 9, middle and lower plates form body of gear box with irremovable gears 10 and detachable gears 11. Plates are coupled by special bolts 12. Loading chambers are composed of plates 13 and branch pipes 14 an unloading chambers - of plates 15. Rotor surface has teeth of big height and big pitch and inclination angle of screw lone to plane of butt cross-section of 30 - 90 deg. EFFECT: decreased operational surfaces wear, adjusted sizes of crushed material and increased productivity. 2 dwg |
