PURPOSE: To obtain a playing data processing device capable of improving accuracies of data processings such as pitch detection of playing data and so forth and capable of reducing the storage capacity of the playing data after processings by performing the data processings of a real time input playing data in a non-real time. CONSTITUTION: Playingly inputted waveform data of respective strings and of an ordinary guitar are successively stored in prescribed areas of a hard disk 11. Waveform data are applied with various data processions to be analyzed and then MIDI codes are generated according to the results. MIDI codes are made to correspond to stored waveform data of respective strings and the ordinary guitar to be stored in the other area of the hard disk 11. One part of waveform data is cutted out in accordance with the instruction of a user to be made to be prescribed tone data and the data are stored in prescribed areas of a waveform memory 14. When the reproducing of stored MIDI codes is instructed, corresponding codes are successively read out to be transmitted to a sound source 15 and then musical waveforms are read out from the waveform memory 14 according to MIDI codes to form a musical signal and the musical signal is converted into a sound by a sound system 16. |
