PURPOSE: To enable foreign matter, advanced into a stopper, to quickly discharge from a window, by forming the window in a side wall part of the stopper to be fixed to an outer cylinder, interposing between itself and a center member an elastic member, in a vibration isolating device suited for an engine mount or the like. CONSTITUTION: A cup-shaped stopper 5, providing a space between horizontal directions of an upper edge 5A and a center member 1, is fixed to an outer cylinder 2 provided with an elastic member 3 between the outer cylinder and the center member 1 whose flange 4 extended in the diametric direction outside, and in order to provide a space between the upper edge 5A and the center member 1, a hole 5B is formed in the center of the stopper 5. A window 7 is formed in a side wall part, for instance, in an unfixed part of the stopper 5, and the stopper 5 can be partly fixed to the outer cylinder 2. In this way, even when foreign matter is infiltrated from an opening generated between the flange 4 and the upper edge of the stopper 5, the foreign matter in the stopper 5 can be smoothly discharged to the outside from the window 7. |
