PURPOSE: To control slip and skid effectively by adjusting an insuffucient brake section at a time when an electric brake is applied. CONSTITUTION: When a slip and skid detecting signal 16a is outputt from a slip and skid detector 16, a feedback signal 23 corresponding to a value obtained by adding actual electric braking force corresponding to a motor current output from a motor 6 during braking operation by stepping control and a corrected braking force computed by multiplying braking force reduced by stepping control by a preset correction factor is transmitted to an air brake controller 11. Accordingly, excess braking force is not supplemented when the slip and skid detecting signal 16a is output, and slip and skid control is effectively made, and is stabilized quickly. |
