<p>PURPOSE:To make adjustment of the gelation time easily by including a specified mount of silica sol as SiO2, blast furnace water crushed slag powder, lime, and setting adjusting agent in a ground injecting material. CONSTITUTION:4-180g silica sol as SiO2, 25-500g blast furnace water crushed slag powder, 1-50g lime, and 1-50g setting adjusting agent are included in the ground injecting material per liter. The slag powder promotes the long-term strength of the gelated substance of the injecting material containing it, while the lime acts in the injecting material as an alkali stimulating agent and commences the hardening reaction of the slag powder. The silica sol prevents sedimentation of the slag powder and undissolved lime in the injecting material and turns the material into gel form with its composition kept uniform. while the setting adjusting agent retards the gelation rection arising between silica sol and lime. An injection solution containing the silica sol and the setting adjusting agent is adjusted separately from adjustment of a slurry containing the slag powder and lime and the solution and slurry are mixed together at the tip of a double structural tube, to form a ground injecting material which is then injected into the ground.</p> |
