PURPOSE: To sharply save the capacity of storage at the time of inputting a still picture with high resolution. CONSTITUTION: A picture inputted by a camera part 1 is temporarily stored in a memory part 5 and one still picture is synthesized from plural stored pictures. When a change is detected by a video change detecting part 14, the image of an area generating the change is picked up and a video updating control part extracts an area corresponding to the change in the synthesized still picture and substitutes the changed area for the extracted area to update the picture. |
