PURPOSE: To speedily obtain necessary manual information with optimum media by distributing information corresponding to the phase of a user into the optimum media and combining them. CONSTITUTION: When a host 10 is accessed by a user from a terminal 15 through a network 14 and instructed to generate manual information while the phase of the user and the like are designated, the classification processing part 110 of an information management part 11 in the host 10 refers to a media type management table 12 and the item of individual specification information fitted to the use phase is selected on specification information 130 of a file device 13. When corresponding specification information is taken out from the file device 13, data is down-loaded on the terminal 15 through the network 14. In the terminal 15, an information processing part 150 down-loads specification information on a file device 16 and information 160 is obtained. In such a case, specification information 130 of the file device 13 is divided into the media in accordance with the use phase of the user so as to supply them to the user. |
