PURPOSE: To get high start reliability and high torque without needing complicated structural contrivance. CONSTITUTION: A pair of magnetic pole plates 34 and 36, which have a plurality of magnetic teeth 35 and 37 arranged roughly alternately around a coil 8, are arranged on both sides in axial direction of a coil 38 wound in circular shape, and a cylindrical rotor magnet 26, where N poles and S poles are arranged alternately in circumferential direction, is provided rotatably around the coil 38, and the magnetic pole teeth 35 and 37 of this rotor magnet 26 is opposed to each other, and besides at least a part of the paired magnetic pole plates 34 and 35 is constituted of an oriented magnetic substance where the axis of easy magnetization of crystal has a direction property. |
