PURPOSE: To always stabilize the mode of bending vibration of a vibrator by bonding their non-fusion contact parts produced at the time of welding between the vibrator and a support line. CONSTITUTION: A support line 2 is welded to a vibrator 1 by resistance welding, laser welding or the like at the position of its channel-like connection groove 3a, and for instance, a bonding agent 9 composed of epoxy resin is dropped in a face-contact part 7 between the vibrator 1 and the support line 2 produced in a depth part. Permeation, filling and solidification are performed by the bonding agent 9 in the part 7 by a capillary phenomenon. The part 7 is thereby completely bonded with the bonding agent 9, and for instance, even if bending vibration is performed by the vibrator 1 in the direction of the depth, the production of friction of the vibrator 1 and the support line 2 can be prevented fully. Accordingly when the vibrator 1 is applied to a vibration gyroscope, the drift of the output may be reduced and detection accuracy may be improved. |
