The leftover food disposer smashes up leftover foods in a smasher and dries them in a cylindrical tank. The disposer comprises of: a hopper into which leftovers are injected; a smasher where the leftovers are smashed up by a couple of blades; a dehydrator with a compression screw inclined toward an exit in a lower part of the smasher; the first tank for providing hot wind and keeping warm; and the second tank for performing drying and mingling.
