PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus and method capable of judging the bonding strength of a product consisting of two parts on the basis of highly reliable evaluation especially in the inspection of the welded part of a resinous material. CONSTITUTION: Ultrasonic wave input and output means 10, 11 allowing ultrasonic waves to be incident on the upper surface of the part 1 among two parts 1, 2 under predetermined pressure, predetermined pressure adjusting means, 20, 21 and a judge means 23 receiving the reflection signal from a welded surface on which ultrasonic waves are incident under the adjusted contact pressure and the reflection signal from the rear surface of the other part 2 according to a time series to judge whether the bonding in a welded part 3 is good are provided. |
