PURPOSE: To attain optical axis adjustment causing no deviation in left/right optical axes even in a structure turning a rotary frame holding a prism and an eyepiece optical system for a fixed member when the interpupillary distance is adjusted. CONSTITUTION: Objective lenses L1R, L1L are fixed to the fixed members 1, 2 through first optical axis adjustment means 3, 3a, 5 movable and adjustable in the direction orthogonal to the optical axes, and further, when the interpupillary distance is adjusted, rotary frames 9, 10 are attached to the fixed members 1, 2 turnably. Prism holders 11, 12 provided with eyepieces L2R, L2L and the prisms L3R, L4R, L3L, L4L are attached to the rotary frames 9, 10, and the prism holders 11, 12 are fixed to the fixed members 1, 2 through second optical axis adjustment means 13a, 14a movably/adjustably in the direction orthogonal to the optical axes. |
