<p>PURPOSE: To expedite a mixing capacity at the junction part of hot water piping and cold water piping by setting up a bend curving in the opposite direction to the setting direction of a branch pipe, upstream from a pump or branch part but downstream from a fluid junction part connecting both a main pipe and a branch pipe where a high temperature fluid runs through. CONSTITUTION: High temperature fluid in a main pipe 10 and a low temperature fluid in a branch pipe 11 are joined together and then a bend 12 curved in the reverse direction to the setting direction of this branch pipe 11 is set up in a downstream position of this converging part. Just after the convergence, since a stagnant water part is produced there, it is formed into such a velocity distribution as having a low speed part in the setting part side of the branch pipe 11 and a high speed part in the reverse direction. With this constitution, when it is passed through the bend 12 in keeping the velocity distribution intact, the bend carries the low speed fluid to an inside corner from the outside and the high speed fluid to the outside corner from the inside, respectively, so that each crossover is produced in both high and low speed parts in an inner pipe of the bend 12, whereby a mixing capacity is well promotable by means of stirring.</p> |
